Assistant to Property Manager [7272]

Realty group seeks a temporary-to-permanent Assistant to Property Manager to provide both administrative and tenant-facing support.

Responsibilities:

• Arrange apartment visits and conduct property showings.
• Assist with leasing units.
• Establish strong relationships with prospective and current tenants.
• Address tenant inquiries regarding units.
• Receive work orders and follow up on action items.
• Collaborate closely with maintenance team.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, consistent, and dependable.
• Flexible and collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines effectively.
• Exemplary judgement and problem-solving skills.
• Professional and positive attitude.

Requirements:

• Minimum of one (1) year of customer service, administrative, or property management experience.
• Must have a car. 

Rate: $20.00 per hour while temping.

Salary: $23.00 – $26.00 per hour once permanent.
