Each pathway has three progressive outcome tiers , guiding students from foundational work to advanced impact-driven initiatives.

Who We're Looking For

We welcome applications from around the world ! Ideal candidates will have:

  • A degree from a Top 30 U.S. university (strongly preferred)
  • Exceptional undergraduate candidates may also be considered
  • Applicants from AUSNZ or LATAM regions: U.S. educational background not required, but project management experience is essential
  • Strong backgrounds in Software & Technology, Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI or related fields are especially valued
  • Passion for mentorship, leadership development , and education innovation

The Role: Capstone Mentor

As a Capstone Mentor, you’ll guide students through their personalized leadership project journey , helping them develop ideas, execute strategic plans, and reach tier-specific outcomes. These projects are central to students’ college applications and personal development.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Mentor students through regular meetings and structured checkpoints
  • Support proposal development, tier milestone tracking, and final submission
  • Assist students in managing expert consultations and building impactful community-focused projects
  • Monitor and manage project timelines, ensuring students stay on track
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Strategists & Admins) to ensure a seamless mentorship experience

Time Commitment & Flexibility

  • Around 5 hours per week (or more)
  • Flexible scheduling — you choose which students to work with
  • Mentors must commit to supporting students through project completion

Compensation

Compensation is based on your professional background, expertise, and educational experience . You will be paid for live session time , which includes:

  • 1 hour session
  • ~15 minutes preparation
  • ~10 minutes session summary
  • ~10-15 minutes follow-up/research
