COMMERCIAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE- TITLE INSURANCE/ COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE

LAW FIRM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Our client, a leading financial services company and one of the nation’s premier providers of title insurance and real estate transaction services, is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative with law firm experience to join their Philadelphia team. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven commercial real estate expert to grow market share and build meaningful client relationships in the Philadelphia real estate market .

 

 

Candidate Profile

  • JD or paralegal certificate   is required
  • 2–5 years of substantive commercial real estate transactional experience in a  law firm setting
  • Strong knowledge of commercial real estate law , including  federal  and  state title insurance  regulations.
  • Experience with sales database systems (Salesforce or similar) and social media as tools to manage and expand client relationships

Qualifications:

    • High energy , persistence , and accountability for results
    • PROFESSIONAL IN ALL ASPECTS ( APPEARANCE , DEMEANOR , PRESENTATION , ETC.)
    • Familiarity with the title insurance industry strongly preferred
    • Deep understanding of the sales cycle and a drive for achieving revenue targets
    • Strong ability to adapt strategy to changing market conditions
    • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with clients at all levels, in-person and virtually
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex real estate transactions
    • Valid driver’s license required for territory travel

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a direct point of contact for clients regarding commercial real estate transactional matters
  • Conduct market research to compile targeted lead lists and execute structured outreach plans
  • Develop and maintain a commercial client base by identifying and securing new business, while strengthening existing client relationships
  • Engage with law firm clients and real estate agents, brokers, and lenders through calls, in-person meetings, and virtual presentations
  • Assess individual client needs and objectives to deliver compelling, tailored presentations 
  • Maintain strong visibility in the Philadelphia commercial real estate market by attending networking events and industry functions

  • Competitive Compensation:
    • Annual base salary of $75,000-$200,000 , as determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and market factors
