Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and coordinating nonprofit fundraising campaigns and charity events

• Support planning and execution of promotional activities linked to events

• Provide excellent client service, addressing questions and ensuring smooth campaign delivery

• Collaborate with event teams to align marketing and outreach objectives

• Track campaign progress and report key metrics to leadership

• Support team training efforts and help motivate junior staff

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required

• Passionate about nonprofit causes and community engagement

• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude, motivated to learn and grow

• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in marketing, communications, or nonprofit studies preferred
