ColourMrks Salon is a premier, upscale salon with over 20 years of excellence in the beauty industry. Known for our loyal clientele, luxury services, and high-end atmosphere, we are located in a vibrant, well established area and pride ourselves on creating a welcoming, professional environment for both our guests and our team.
We're currently looking for a talented, passionate, and motivated  Hairstylist to join our growing team. If you're a creative professional with strong technical skills, a desire to grow your clientele, and a commitment to exceptional customer service, we'd love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, highlights, balayage, treatments, and blowouts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the hair and beauty industry
• Recommend appropriate hair care products and upsell salon services
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborate with fellow team members to create a positive and supportive salon culture
• Manage appointment schedule professionally and punctually

Qualifications:

• Valid cosmetology license in Florida
• Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a hairstylist in a salon setting (preferred but not required)
• Skilled in modern cutting, coloring, and styling techniques
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end environment
• A passion for beauty, style, and continuous learning
