Are you an experienced Human Resources (HR) professional passionate about building impactful employee relations in a dynamic and innovative environment? Our client in the groundbreaking biotech industry is seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join their team!
As a Human Resources Generalist, you'll serve as a key contributor in aligning HR strategies with business goals. You'll manage the full cycle of HR operations, empowering employees and fostering an inclusive company culture.
Responsibilities include:
+ Lead talent acquisition efforts across departments, manage candidate pipelines, conduct interviews, and facilitate seamless onboarding processes.
+ Counsel employees and management, addressing workplace concerns and promoting positive communication.
+ Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and regulations within the biotech industry.
+ Collaborate with leadership on salary reviews and benefits packages to remain competitive in the market.
+ Support managers in driving employee engagement, evaluations, goal-setting, and career development initiatives.
+ Champion employee growth through internal training programs that build valuable skills and competencies.
Requirements
+ 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably within the biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry.
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field (PHR/SPHR certification is a plus).
+ Strong knowledge of HR laws, trends, and best practices. Proficiency in managing HRIS systems is highly desirable.
+ Excellent interpersonal abilities, problem-solving capabilities, and adaptability to thrive in fast-paced settings. Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance is essential.
+ Collaborative team player with a proactive approach and commitment to fostering a diverse and innovative workplace.
