Metal Recycling Furnace Operator

Your First Steps

1. Learn the fundamentals: Safety and quality procedures come first.
2. Build core skills: Process and melt aluminum scrap; support molten metal handling and mold transfer.
3. Operate with care: Use power equipment and follow instructions with attention to detail.

Earnings and Benefits

• Direct hire starting at $22.72/hr with scheduled increases and a skills training plan

Work Schedule

Start on a day-shift training schedule of 8.25 hours, Monday–Friday. After training, move to rotating 12-hour days, 6:45am–7:00pm , following a 3–2–2–3 pattern.
