Advantage Pro Services is Houston's leading provider of pressure washing, window cleaning and gutter cleaning services. Our companies have been servicing the greater Houston area since 1999 with a focus on the customer experience and providing exceptional service.

Job Summary

This position includes window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing. Applicants should have experience working on ladders and walking on rooftops. We're looking for highly motivated, honest, hardworking individuals who want to work with similarly motivated people.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Cleaning of windows, gutters and pressure washing
  • Up-selling and recommending additional services to customers.
  • Vehicle responsibility and safety: Vehicle inventory and maintenance tracking. Responsible drive requirements (seatbelt, hard braking, and speeding).
  • Job Performance Safety requirements: right shoes, ladder safety requirements.

Required of the Role

  • Must be licensed to drive
  • Strong communication & customer service skills
  • Proven track record of 2 years of manual labor performing high-quality work.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Walking and standing a minimum of 8 hours required.
  • 2 years of experience working on ladders.
  • Proven track-record (minimum 2-years) performing customer service.
  • Able to work Monday-Saturday
  • Must be okay working long hours.
  • Hard worker (mentally and physically)

Compensation

  • Between $35,000 and $50,000

  • Training Period: All new hires begin as trainees. The training period lasts 4 weeks , during which you’ll earn $16 per hour while learning the tools, techniques, and safety procedures of the job.
  • Post-Training Pay: Upon successful completion of training, your pay will increase to $19 per hour .
  • Advancement Opportunity: After one year of consistent performance, you’ll become eligible for promotion to a Production Technician role with additional responsibilities and potential pay increases.
