Growing and dynamic Company is looking to hire MULTIPLE Shipping/Receiving Clerk's for EARLY MORNING SHIFT needed to start immediately
Shipping/Receiving Representative
•5am to 1:30pm
•Monday to Friday
•Duarte, CA 91010
•3 months contract role with a possibility for an extension based on performance
•Upon a conditional offer, company will administer a criminal background check
•Upon a conditional offer, hired applicant will be required to get a blood test completed which tests for pathogens to ensure that there are NO pathogens that may be harmful to products stored on site at facility
Individuals selected would be working in the warehouse area and walking the product into the freezer area, with minimal time spent in the freezer.
Job Duties
•Perform and verify check-in of milk donations
•Data entry into the computer systems
•Organize received raw milk in designated freezer storage area
•Transfer of frozen and sampled raw milk between Sampling cleanroom and designated freezer storage area in a timely manner
•Transfer of raw milk to containers, labeled, and bagged for freezer storage
•Additional duties, as needed
•Ability to lift on average lbs 20-30, max
•Candidate selected will be processing small 8oz bags that would be in a tray or box. Multiple bags in trays and boxes Ability to operate and maintain in a safe working environment
•Individual selected would be working in the warehouse area and walking the product into the freezer area. Minimal time spent in the freezer.
The majority of this role will be spent standing. The Co. does provide a stool for individuals to sit on
Company will be providing the following:
•Voucher to buy steel toe shoes
•Safety Shoes and Over Boots or Captive Boots
•Safety glasses, goggles, and face shields
•Gloves (Cut and Chemical resistant)
•Poly sleeves and aprons
•Freezer jacket and overalls
•PPE equipment as needed
Candidate would be using: NPD One-Step Germicidal Detergent is a liquid concentrate specifically formulated for the disinfection of hard surface of their working area, only.
Concentrated acidic disinfectant that can be used alone or in rotation with STERIS Vesphene III disinfectants for routine microbial contamination control for their working area, only.
Education:
•High School Diploma/GED required
•Associates or Bachelor's Degree a plus
