We’re looking for a motivated and coachable Showing Agent to assist with property tours, engage with prospective buyers, and contribute to lead generation efforts. Responsibilities:
• Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth
• Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service
• Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner
• Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion
• Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show
• Lead follow up
• Real estate buyer sales

Qualifications:
• Present yourself in a professional manner
• Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
• Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car
• Real estate license
• Commission opportunity • Good communication
• Sales experience
• Must live within the greater Phoenix area
