Responsibilities: • Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion • Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show • Lead follow up • Real estate buyer sales • Database • Lead generation • Close sales • Follow the team plan • Sales mastery Qualifications: • Present yourself in a professional manner • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car • Real estate license • Commission opportunity • Good communication • Sales experience • Must live within the greater Phoenix area About Company: Our Mission: Empowering you to fund your dreams and create the most incredible legacy possible by building bigger, more profitable businesses and pursuing peak emotional and mental fitness.
