Opportunity: Our client is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to ramp up manufacturing and production of their aircraft. 

Requirements: You have at least 6+ years working in a fast paced startup environment with 2+ years of production ramp up experience.

Requirements

Core responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to comprehend ambitious manufacturing objectives and priorities.
• Partner with engineering and production departments to assess the current statuses of CAD, system/sub-system assembly, in-house capabilities, etc.
• Coordinate project schedules involving various stakeholders
• Create a comprehensive production line and supply chain design for aircraft manufacturing.
• Take charge of coordinating design releases and modifications, managing configuration management.
• Establish direct relationships with contract manufacturers, from sourcing to oversight of relationships and deliverables.
• Implement processes for quality assurance and issue tracking.
• Oversee inventory management and inbound/outbound shipments
• Hold direct responsibility for production output
• Expand and supervise the production team as demand grows

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in Engineering or Manufacturing
• 2+ years of experience in production ramp up 
• 6+ years working in a fast paced environment
• Experience with program management
• Experience with PLM/PLD systems 
• Experience with ERP inventory management
• Understanding of engineering drawings and documentation
