Job Description

Salary: $40,000 - 65,000 per year Requirements:

• We are seeking a Technical Program Manager with 5-7 years of experience, ideally including at least 2 years working as an engineer in a technical embedded environment, preferably in the Video or Broadband sector. A solid technical foundation is essential, along with the ability to oversee complex technical projects. Proficiency in tools such as MS Office, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Smartsheet is required. Furthermore, experience managing multi-functional and geographically distributed teams in fast-paced global settings is crucial. The ideal candidate will thrive in uncertain conditions and effectively juggle competing priorities to drive projects to successful conclusions. Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to collaborate with senior leadership, engineers, and other team members.

Responsibilities:

• In this role, I will expect you to comprehend the scope of technical programs as dictated by product and business specifications. You will drive user stories and defects through our agile monthly sprint cycles while managing and prioritizing the team’s backlog, leading scrum meetings, and overseeing Dev/QA assignments. You will manage crews, take ownership of features, and assist in shaping the roadmap and release strategy. I need you to lead the development and implementation of our roadmap, ensuring alignment with global product strategies and business objectives. It will also be your job to oversee the planning and execution of pivotal initiatives and programs, ensuring uniformity across our distributed teams in the USA, Europe, and India. You will guide technical decision-making and problem-solving while maintaining high standards of quality, security, and content protection for all products and platforms. Encouraging collaboration and communication among multi-functional teams is key to achieving goals and ensuring timely and within-scope program delivery. Additionally, I want you to serve as a vital point of contact for senior leadership, providing them with regular updates on progress, risks, and opportunities. Continuous improvement will be your focus, identifying process optimizations and striving for operational excellence within the team.
