Responsibilities
Participate in ongoing personal development and leadership training
Use marketing and outreach strategies to connect with prospective clients (training provided)
Conduct structured interviews with qualified candidates
Follow a proven system to operate your own business under a mentorship framework
Manage your schedule and business operations independently
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in areas such as leadership, coaching, HR, education, sales, or marketing
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong communication skills
Interest in personal development and coaching
Comfortable with a performance-based compensation model
